Is anyone aware of best practices or evidence-based publications around health system policy management structures/oversight, reporting structures, (for example, policy management reports to which area of the health system: Legal, compliance, Quality/Safety, or Administration. Number of FTE’s/roles/responsibilities based on size/scope of the health system, etc. This is not just for maintaining technical side of PolicyStat, and would include leadership role(s) designated for system policy management coordination, writing policies, etc. Note for Cheryl Kirscher - I need to gather current information on his topic. If you have any ideas/sources I would also really appreciate it. Thank you!
